Cancellation Policy

• We are open by appointment only.
• A one-time non-refundable deposit($50 for PMU / $30 for others) is required in order to prevent no-shows, sudden cancellations or rescheduling at the last minute.
• We ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the cases of any sudden rescheduling or cancellation.
• If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment or arrives 15 minutes late, it will be considered as a no-show and a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.
• A complimentary touch-up service (PMU) is included in the price as long as you give notice in advance. It will be provided in 8 weeks after the initial appointment. If you haven’t made an appointment beforehand, it will no longer be free and a $100 fee will apply (within 4 month from your initial appointment).
• Full set price (Lash Extension) will be charged after 3 weeks from last visit.
